Job Description

The Finance & Treasury IT Support Specialist (SAP FICO) will provide functional support for SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless operation and issue resolution. This role requires expertise in finance systems within the transport & distribution industry, offering technical solutions to improve processes.

  • Provide first-line functional support for SAP FICO modules, resolving technical and user issues promptly.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to finance and treasury operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Deliver user training and create documentation to support SAP FICO functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
