? Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Finance/Accounts Executive with experience in bookkeeping and accounting services, preferably with full set accounting exposure, including e-invoicing.

To

handle a full set of accounts independently

. Maintain accurate accounting records and manage daily finance operations for the Malaysia entity.

Handle customer invoicing

, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Verify supplier invoices and process payments

in accordance with company policies.

Prepare management reports

, including P&L, balance sheet, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Preparation for timely submission of SST form and E-invoice

. Support and collaborate on accounting activities for the Singapore office as needed.

? Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy/Finance

or equivalent, ACCA. Alternatively,

at least 3-5 years of relevant working experiencein

finance or accounting, with experience handling end-to-end financial operations.

Proficiency in accounting software

(e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel/Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese

.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

under minimal supervision.
