? To manage the accounting, finance, bank matters.
? Responsible for organization's accounting and financial daily tasks such as daily bank balances monitoring and movement.
? To handle and manage AR (Account Receivable) and AP (Account Payable) transactions.
? To prepare monthly payments and the listing for the payment cycle.
? Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the
relevant authority within the deadline.
? Proper documentation and filling for all related documents.
? To handle partial of payroll parts as well.
? Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related professional accounting qualifications.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Experience in multi-tier Company account.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Strong computer skills (MS Office suite and accounting software such as SQL, etc).
SQL Accounting System and Payroll will be an advantage.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skill is required to manage the work-stream across departments.
Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter
Strong attention to details and able to work independently.
Mandarin/Chinese speaking is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
