Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Account Executive to join our Finance team in an Interior Design & Construction company located at the hub SS2, petaling jaya. This position is responsible for day-to-day accounting duties, purchasing tasks, and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closing activities. Manage daily fi nance operations: data entry, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, and filing. Prepare and issue purchase orders, source quotations, and liaise with suppliers Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials and goods. Maintain proper purchasing records and inventory documentation. Assist in the preparation of monthly fi nancial reports and budgeting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements including SST. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and suppliers when needed. Assist in improving internal processes for better financial and procurement efficiency

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' working experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to purchasing. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. AutoCount) will be added advantage. Experience in E-invoicing will be added advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good time management and organizational skills. Experience in the interior design, construction, or project-based industries is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
