Finance Cum Hr Manager (petaling Jaya)

Job Description



  • To handle full set of accounts, month-end, year-closing, audit schedules, tax, stock control, etc.
  • Responsible for management, statutory and group reporting, development of business plans, budget and cash flow forecast.
  • Oversee recruitment, manage payroll system, staff benefit, yearly performance and appraisal.
  • Develop & implement HR policies to support company business objectives and compliance with law and regulatory requirements.
  • To handle legal and disciplinary matters including staff counselling in compliance with local Labour Law.
  • Other administration duties where required and part of job scope.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Professional Certificate or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years managerial/supervising of working experience in audit, financial accounting and HR.
  • Familiarity with Accpac, ERP Accounting & HR software would be added advantages.
  • Computer literate and skillful in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be added advantages.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong business analytical & problem-solving skills.
Office based in Petaling Jaya (5-day week)
