Role Summary

Works directly with the CEO to

drive development in the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic, people, financial and governance areas. The position is effectively the head of CEO office, and the incumbent is expected to transition into the company\xe2\x80\x99s chief of staff.
-Supporting the CEO to oversee people functions, including HR administration, talent acquisition and rewards.
-Supporting the CEO strategic development, including capital raising, liaison with external investor, drafting of presentations & business plan
-Coordinating financial, governance and corporate secretarial matters and oversee internal document management process and authority protocols
-Overseeing various partnership due diligence with external business partners and lawyers
-Coordinating of Founders/Board meetings, including agenda planning, material preparation and note

Requirements

-Is ambitious (with a view to grow into CFO/COO type roles in the medium term) and seeking a role with exposure to all areas of the business and works directly with the CEO/Board.

-Must have an accounting/financial background, or possess and MBA, and have between 5 and 10 years of work experience, preferably in the financial services, consulting, or audit areas.

-Have a curious mind and not afraid to ask the simple questions nor the difficult ones.

-Cares about quality and have attention to detail and yet able to zoom out to see the bigger picture.

-Is proficient in typical digital tools such as MS 365, Jira, Lucid Charts, or is willing to invest time to learn.
