Their systems weren't built to handle the massive data volumes and complexity that usage-based models generate. This causes them to leak revenue and respond too slowly to customer demand. DigitalRoute solves this by creating a real-time usage data layer for enterprises. Our products transform raw usage data into clear information for billing, in real time and at high scale.



What you'll do

Comprehensive Financial Accounting:

Oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting for the DigitalRoutes entities in the APAC region, including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets management.

Month-End Closings:

Manage month-end closing activities, which involve journal entries, reconciliations, and the submission of time and expenses.

Audit and Compliance:

Assist with financial audits, taxation matters, company secretarial tasks, and liaise with banking and regulatory authorities on all financial issues related to DigitalRoutes APAC entities.

Expense Management:

Review and report on expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Global Finance Support:

Invoice processing for global invoices which involves receiving, verifying and posting invoices to ensure timely payments can be made. Contribute to the global Finance function by supporting various accounting and finance-related tasks for the Group.

Cross-Functional Assistance:

Provide support to other functions such as payroll processing and office administration as needed.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned.



What you'll bring

Educational Background:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of comprehensive accounting experience, including handling a full set of accounts.

Language Skills:

Excellent written and spoken English.

Versatility:

Willingness to perform a wide range of tasks and adapt to various responsibilities.
