Financial & Accounting Manager
Job Description
:
Independently manage a portfolio of accounting clients and leading a team to provide high quality services to clients.
Overseeing the operation of the department including administrative function, resource planning and work schedules to achieve the department's goals
Design and establish processes and procedures to meet the changing operational and regulatory requirements.
Manage deadlines and ensure deliverables of timely and accurate financial reports to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce with at least five (5) years of direct working experience in the field of Audit at supervisory level.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Good knowledge of Sales and Service Tax is an added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
High technical ability and analytical skills.
Proactive, innovative and self driven.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills
Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent clients and staff relations.
Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude
