Job Description


1)assit and promptly response in quotation and proposal for prospect. 2) promptly response in follow-up NB and email or submit and Edoc to HQ and captused the case. 3) collect monthly premium renewal routine and Well good manner response with client in phone response. 4) admin work and claim follow-up by email communication until successful claim paid out. 5)Help team to recruitment and help new agent and teamwork. 6) Arrange doctor appointment for M. Check up and follow up doctor report ready and edoc to HQ. 7) summarise financial report for client.
