• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent is a plus.
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or related fields preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
• Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.

• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or client relationship management is advantageous.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using financial planning software and tools.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to compliance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
