Identify and approach potential SME clients to offer suitable financial planning, protection, and investment solutions.
Conduct needs-based assessments and provide professional financial advisory tailored to business owners.
Promote financial products such as business protection plans, keyman insurance, employee benefit schemes, investment-linked products, and savings plans.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and value-added service.
Assist clients in preparing applications, documentation, and claims-related matters.
Collaborate with internal departments (underwriting, customer service, product team) to support client needs.
Attend product training, sales workshops, and regular team meetings to stay updated with market trends and financial regulations.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training and mentorship will be provided.
Interest in financial advisory, insurance, and business development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage SME clients confidently.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
