Minimum undergraduate degree in Finance Accounting, Business or related discipline. MBA or CPA preferred, but other relevant designations will be considered.
Have 7 years of semiconductor MNC Operations Finance experience (Hi-Tech Finance Environment, preferred)
Experience with MS Excel (formatting, advanced filtering, macros, pivot tables and functions such as lookup, concatenate, if).
Experience with SAP (or other enterprise system) or refining and marketing systems (e.g. inventory systems and terminal accounting systems) preferred

Job Responsibilities
Partner with Spares operations, product groups, and logistics on projects related to inventory management, spares planning, procurement, and cost optimization.
Deliver all aspects of financial forecasting, close and reporting.
Gather and review existing processes and financial workflows and recommend improvements to streamline or automate.
Support ROI analysis for internal spares project resource requirements and external supplier inventory deal transactions
Provide Financial analysis and reporting to identify trends in inventory management performance, including creation of custom models for inventory consumption/E&O risk.
Perform month-end close activities, including inventory reclassifications, preparations of JVs and account reconciliations.
