Prepare timely and standardised monthly / quarterly business performance reports, input to the planning process.2. Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (eg. Products/Customers/Projects/services) and drive recommend corrective actions.3. Collect, compile, verify and analyze financial information also by using economic indicators (eg exchange rates, inflation etc.)4. Analyze the financial implications of business cases, pricing simulations or other transactions so that senior managers can evaluate alternatives against the organization\'s business objectives5. Follow up on approved investments business case (both actual spend vs. approved levels at initial assumptions, benefit realization) and other business cases.6. Take part in annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for the respective function7. Support to assist stakeholder to understand business metrics by country, manage enterprise risk through collaborating with relevant party to identify and mitigate control risks and execute a framework of internal controls.7. Ensure policies and guidelines related to own scope are followed and report noncompliant issues to Business Control Experts8. Support Internal/External Audit, liase with finance hubs as required9. Support on transformation and driving AGILE in finance process on the development of new tools/procedures10. Soft Skill Required: Self-driven, proactive, assertive, analytical thinking with attention to details, able to communicate at all levels, collaboration with different function on problem-solving.
