- Responsible for the functions of Accounts Payable \xe2\x80\x93 Vendor Invoice.
- Complete the monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance of SSC processes and procedures.
- Create Vendor voucher if it is Urgent Payment in Peoplesoft.
- Create Prepaid voucher as required.
- Review correctness before create vendor invoice in Mybuy. (HK/TW/China)
- Prepare AP accrual during month end closing.
- Create Interco voucher.
- Prepare monthly AP reconciliation report Peoplesoft.
- Prepare weekly MyBuy vs Peoplesoft Recon.
- Resolve Finance Service Desk ticket within 2 working days SLA.
- LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Organized, Tactful, Reliable, Analytical, Meticulous, Attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team.
- Able to read and write Mandarin
