Job Summary

The analyst is a key role to measure and report on the performance of APAC projects and EPCM contracts against budget. This role will also work on the implementation of improvements to processes and systems to ensure that the Finance function keeps pace with the growth of the business.

• Develop accurate and timely EPCM project cost forecasts and actuals, prepare and issue cost analysis including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Implement monthly project tracking process, including monitoring and consolidation of monthly project budget vs actual reports with analysis
• Responsible for APAC reporting process including Identify source of data and create datasets for analytics, develop and maintain reports, visualize data and troubleshoot data issues.
• Support APAC process and reporting improvement effort, including process streamlining, data structure standardization and reporting automation etc
• Project coordinator for new system implementation and system administrator for the existing systems

• Education: Finance/ Business/ Accounting Graduate, min 5 years\' experience
• Core technical skills: Accounting, project controlling, financial forecasting & statistical analysis
• Secondary technical skills (desired): financial modelling, data analytics
• Computer literacy: Advanced excel and other reporting tools such as Power Querry, Power BI, Tableau, Business Object, TM1, Anaplan etc. Experience in macro, SQL, Phthon or other programming languages/tools would be highly desired
• Good understanding of data structure, database and data modeling
• Soft skills: proactive, good communication skills, meticulous, organized/ systematic, able to present financial information to a non-financial audience
