  • Provide financial transparency and opportunities for improvement to FP&A Team, Business Partners, and internal partners.
  • Support head of controlling with best-in-class financial reporting and variance analysis, and provide relevant data to Management on the financial performance in critical metrics eg, Actual vs FC vs Budget
  • Responsible as the Key contact for the controlling topic in the assigned areas of the region.
  • Work and engage with Business Partners during planning and forecasting to ensure sound financial commitments.
  • Support the region with corporate function controlling topics within FP&A team.
  • Establish forecasting delivery timeline and keeping up to date on Global Controlling updates and requirements.
  • Safeguard that the operational structure for cost and services are in place and value flow is adhered
  • Ensure sound commercial contracts exist including Internal Service Agreements between legal entities in Siemens Energy
  • Assess, align and implement financial processes following global, regional & local guidelines.
  • Drive harmonization and simplification on forecasting and RBA processes.
  • Drive process optimization and digitalization / automation in your area of responsibility and develop continuous improvements to increase transparency and accuracy
  • Drive and coordinate Re-organisation activities with Collaborator
  • Successfully maintain relationships within FP&A, Country CFO and Global Accounting & Controlling organization to support financial requirement
What You Bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in financial field
  • Candidate must have 7+ years of working experience and minimum of 4 in financial related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required with interactions on all levels of organization
  • Strong leadership skills and desire to challenge quid pro quo
  • Style of working is pro-active with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful candidate have strong analytical capabilities paired with result and quality orientation.
  • Candidate is self-determined, able to identify areas to improve, digitize and automate reports and processes.
  • Proven ability to bring the benefits of finance to solve business issues
  • Understanding of Financial processes
  • Analytic capabilities and abilities to handle large data volumes.

  • Knowledge regarding Siemen Energy\' s reporting processes (e.g. ESPRIT, Budgeting, Planning, FC process)
  • Good understanding and interest in IT topics
  • Advance experience with SAP, MS office and user knowledge of BI Tools (e.g. SAC, Tableau
  • Familiar with technology and digitalization, including a strong systems skills for Tableau, Alteryx, Data Analysis tools
