Prepare, manage, and plan for IT charge-out to intra/inter-company users and/or Cross Border billing for usage of Technology services.
Provide financial analysis support to each of the Technology team while assisting them in achieving their recovery target.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financials for Technology department to Group.
Handle financial tracking of Technology project spending by working closely with IT project managers, including Cross Border projects with purchases made in Malaysia, covering CAPEX planning, forecast P&L and cash flow impact.
Review and process divisions OPEX and CAPEX drawdown to effectively manage divisions expenses.
Qualifications
Possess a degree in finance/accounting field or professional qualifications e.g. CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or its equivalent with at least 3 years working experience
Effective communicator, proactive and able to multi-task
Strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving and team player with lead role
Working knowledge of/familiar with standard costing, activity-based costing and cashflow management, will be an advantage
Good in handling spreadsheets and accounting systems.
