Description

:

• Working in a Business Service Centre environment and is accountable to handle the Accounts Receivable for Asia Pacific
• Perform cash application posting for incoming receipts on timely manner and ensure accuracy.
• Review and follow up on unapplied receipts on daily basis.
• Process credit and debit memos, reconciles accounts and resolve incomplete billings.
• Process and generate billings.
• Work with finance users and IT support staffs to identify and implement financial reporting and business process improvements.
• Coordinate and execute accounting closing and monthly/ quarterly reporting processes.
• Perform intercompany reconciliation monthly and down payment on a weekly basis.
• Attend to email queries and address any issue raised.
• Identify, trouble-shoot and solves problems of limited scope and complexity in daily work.
• Identifies opportunities to improve existing processes and implements changes under supervision.
• Regularly works cooperatively cross-functionally.

• Possess Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words & computerized accounting system is an added advantage.
• SAP experience is mandatory and APAC knowledge is an added advantage.
