Together, we can build the future of data storage.We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst specializing in Planning and Budgeting to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our organization's financial planning process, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports for senior management
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and create comprehensive budgets
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgets, providing explanations for discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
• Support the development of long-term financial plans and strategies
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations to stakeholders
• Analyze and forecast capital expenditure budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Prepare detailed financial models to assess project feasibility and ROI (Return on Investment).
• Monitor actual vs. budgeted spending and identify variances, providing actionable recommendations.
• Continuously improve financial planning processes and methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis

QualificationsRequired :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques

Preferred :

• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Knowledge of financial markets and economic trends
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills :

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI for creating impactful financial presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
