This role is responsible in maintaining inventory and costing controls as well as be the supporting role for plant manufacturing cost forecasting and reporting. You will be working with a collaborative team to provide decision support to finance and management team, a good opportunity to grow and advance your career. Job responsibilities Monitor and perform setups on inventory cycle count program, prepare analysis reporting on cycle count performance and inventory control. Support internal and external SOX walkthrough and process audits, ensure inventory and costing control procedures in compliance to GAAP and SOX requirement. Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and rollforward for review, follow up with operations to resolve reconciliation issues on time. Follow up monthly accruals with other functional area to support for month end close activities. Assist in headcount and fixed overhead cost analysis, perform investigations on manufacturing variances. Assist in tracking/update KPI outlook and metrics, preparation and checking on financial reports for management review. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management. Job requirement Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. 3-5 years\' experience in manufacturing costing or FP&A, combination of both experiences would be an added advantage. Knowledge/experience in Oracle ERP system and Hyperion. Possess good analytical and reporting skills, have good understanding in manufacturing cost structure.
