As a Finance Business Partner to a Global Operations Support Group, you will support the organization as follows: Drive for best-in-class operations cost by understanding competitive benchmarks, installing financial rigor into project performance reviews, and driving accountability throughout the organization Support the Budget process and budget the necessary resources for the organization (headcount, capex, spends) while ensuring that resource allocation is optimized Review of organizational financial performance in PowerBI on a monthly cadence and direct management to cost opportunities and efficiencies Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to develop and implement new systems and processes such as PowerBI to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs Provide strategic decision-making analysis, scenarios and project-ROIs and benefit-analysis as required, propose alternatives, and make recommendations about the best course of action. Process includes post mortem & lookback for all ROIs Develop highly effective working relationships with members of the local and global Finance teams, the Global Operations team, as well as HR Business Partners Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics preferred. At least 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Strategy, or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred). Candidates with non-Finance background but with a keen interest in Finance Business Partnering are welcomed. Intellectually curious, with a high energy level, growth mindset and passion for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities Capable of performing under tight deadlines and in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships Strong analytical skills and business acumen Experience with advance data analytical & visualization tools (Python, Power BI, SQL) and benchmarking is a plus
