As a member of the Asia Finance team, the Financial Analyst to be responsible with the daily operational claims and reports with the SLA via system. With our office based at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, reports to the Supervisor in China. Responsibilities Audit employee expense report according to Global T&E policy in a timely manner. Maintain employee master data and DOA in Concur system accurately and timely. Prepare monthly KPI report and analysis top spenders expense by entity during closing period. Monitor new employee relevant information in system. Accrual the processing expense report from concur system to QAD in month end. Ensure monthly closing related works completed on schedule. VAT reconciliation. Assist internal and external audit process. Ensure all processes are align with internal control policies and procedures. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficient in both English and Chinese languages to support China requests. Good inter-personal and communications skills Willing to learn, take up challenges, independent and good team spirit.
