Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\'s requirements.
- Customize financial plans according to clients\' changing needs.
- Present and sell suitable financial products and services.
- Find and approach prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations.
- Build strong relationships to retain existing clients.
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products.
- Proven experience as financial planner or similar role; experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
- Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to work with goals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant field; professional certification (e.g. CFP) is a plus.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
