Job Description


\xef\xbb\xbf\xc2\xb7 Manage all financial accounting and reporting, statutory reporting, consolidation of accounts and ensuring that accounting standards are maintained to the Company Finance requirements and in accordance with the statutory requirements of Malaysia.\xc2\xb7 Manage the compilation of all the performance reports and financial planning and analysis for the company.\xc2\xb7 Manage the compilation of financial year budget, forecasts, profit plan and strategic plan and monitor the progress of the business actual to plan throughout the year.\xc2\xb7 Analyze and identify results variances, trends and financial forecasts\xc2\xb7 Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports\xc2\xb7 Responsible for all banking related activities and merchant facilities including administration setup, maintenance and control\xc2\xb7 Coordinate, monitor and ensure full compliance of banks\' financing\xc2\xb7 Prepare and develop annual budget and financial plans\xc2\xb7 Review all financial plans and budget regularly ensuring that company desired performance is on track, recommend benchmarks/ KPIs and cost reduction opportunities\xc2\xb7 Work closely with management or head of departments to share reports, analysis findings and implement adequate internal controls\xc2\xb7 Handle and liaise with auditor, corporate secretarial, local brokers on company insurance policies, consultants and tax agents\xc2\xb7 Responsible for any ad-hoc report/ project as assignedREQUIREMENTS\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Finance/ Accountancy, or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 15 years of working experience in related field\xc2\xb7 Excellent in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel, Power point, computer system)\xc2\xb7 Proactive, meticulous, responsible, take ownership, independent and organized\xc2\xb7 Excellent listening & writing skills, critical thinker with attention to details\xc2\xb7 Must be detail oriented, organized, and a proactive self-starter able to work with minimal supervision\xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\xc2\xb7 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia\xc2\xb7 Applicant MUST BE willing to work and based in Kota Kinabalu, SabahSub Specialization : Finance;Finance Managers, Controllers & Directors
