An exciting Financial Controller (F&B) job is available at one of the food and beverage companies.

About the Financial Controller (F&B) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting scope for their food outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, and other stakeholders
• Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with the company\'s short-term and long-term goals and objectives
• Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights for decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasting
• Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, such as pricing strategies, product profitability, and investment opportunities, etc.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement to optimise financial performance
• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard the company\'s assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Manage cash flow effectively to ensure liquidity for daily operations and capital investment
• Implement strategies to optimise working capital and cash reserves
• Liaise for the audit, tax and company secretarial matters
• Deal with bankers and other financiers in relation of banking and financing matters
• Provide financial insight on the company\'s expansion plans and cost optimisation

To succeed in this Financial Controller (F&B) job, you will need to have experience working in the retail industry.

Key Requirements:

• Preferably candidates from the retail/F&B sector
• Experienced in accounting, budgeting, and provide financial insights
• Self-motivated, and able to deal with ambiguity and has the desire to go deeper to analyse
• Self-driven, acts upon needs rather than upon requests
• Team management experience
