Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee and optimize our financial operations at CTG Group. You will play a key role in shaping our financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Manage cash flow and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead process improvements and implement financial controls.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership for growth.
