• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for stakeholders.

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools with at least 16 years of working experience with 5 years in senior management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
