-Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives. This includes creating budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and analyzing financial statements.

-Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure that the company has enough cash on hand to meet its financial obligations.

-Accounting and Reporting: Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring that all financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations.

-Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes managing financial risks related to investments, currency fluctuations, and credit.

-Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants, financial analysts, and other financial specialists.

-Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including tax laws, financial reporting requirements, and internal control procedures.

-Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and billing.

-Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors, shareholders, and other stakeholders, communicating financial performance and strategies.

• At least Degree in Accounting with MIA / ACCA / CIMA or MACPA qualifications or any other relevant course.
• Minimum 15 years of commercial experience with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Risk Assessment & Management will be additional advantages.
• Preferably candidate from retail / FMCG industry.
• Candidate who are familiar with SAP Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, dateline driven and possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong analysis and interpersonal, communication, leadership skills, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently with high degree of organisations, details oriented and problem solving skills.
