The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Financial Controller to be part of the Group\'s Executive Management team. You will be reporting to the Chief Business Officer and work closely with the existing management team. Drawing on your substantial experience, you will provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

You will also lead the Group\'s Finance team, where you will mentor team members, streamline reporting processes and build scalable systems that keep up with a company that is extremely dynamic and undergoing constant evolution.

  • Control and manage the clinics\' financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting processes, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with the clinics\' requirements.
  • Oversee financial data and transactions made by the clinics.
  • Monitor and manage the clinics\' cash flow and working capital.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, and lead the annual audit process.
  • Oversee the clinics\' tax planning and compliance activities, working closely with external tax advisors.
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the finance team, supporting their professional development.
Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance and/or accounting/ACCA/CPA certified.
  • A strong working knowledge of the Healthcare/other Healthcare-related industries, preferably over 8 years\' experience in senior-level accounting roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of internal controls, accounting guidelines and financial reporting standards with experience overseeing the audit process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving and strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing tax planning and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions in Southeast Asia i.e., Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
