Job Description
This job requires you to be in charge of full set of accounts and financial planing & analysis. You will managing a small team while assisting the CFO in day to day ad hoc finance matters.
You will in be in charge of
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company\'s overall business goals.
- Prepare financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage budgets and track financial performance against budget.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations.
- Provide financial support and advice to other departments.
- Oversee the accounting department and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends that could impact the company\'s financial performance.
- Make recommendations to improve the company\'s financial performance.
- Represent the company to external auditors and regulatory agencies
You will be suitable for the this role if you
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
You will be rewarded with an attractive of RM 15000- RM 20000 monthly.
