Join us and become a Heartist\xc2\xae.The Financial Controller will handle high-level accounting, financial reporting, managerial accounting, and oversee the financial controls of the company. She/He will manage and supervise all aspects of accounting from payroll to tax compliance, assist with financial planning, as well as the development of finance policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:\xe2\x96\xaa Develop financial policies and procedural manuals
\xe2\x96\xaa Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
\xe2\x96\xaa Facilitate the budget planning process and controls, as well as periodic review of annual budget in line with actual performance
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage credit control and financial risk management
\xe2\x96\xaa Oversee treasury management
\xe2\x96\xaa Allocate financial resources, project and manage cash flows, and advise on the optimal use of funds
\xe2\x96\xaa Conduct profit and cost analyses
\xe2\x96\xaa Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with relevant policies, laws and regulations

\xe2\x96\xaa Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
\xe2\x96\xaa Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an added advantage.\xe2\x96\xaa Fully conversant in accounting principles and financial regulation standards.
