Responsibilities1. Strategic Financing

• Steering the company financial strategy towards its target and goal covering the revenue growth, sustainability, competitive market impact
• Contribute and plan the initiatives and implementation towards increase the revenue and sales with strategizing the competitive advantage in business culture
• Set, monitor and implement organizational financial standard operating process and procedures with reporting control.
• Positioning of appropriate tax allocation for the company to benefits the eligibility complying with reporting requirements and tax filings for local, state and federal government
• Proposed the best options and initiatives of additional income for the company in making financial smart saving at the optimal level of satisfactory
• Managing the global compliance financial requirements for international global investment to increase profit with maximum return

2. Managing all finance and accounting operations

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
• Set, monitor and implement organizational financial reporting control.
• Managing and complying with reporting requirements and tax filings for local, state and federal government.

3. Budget, costing and financial forecast

• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide the complete report of Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) of each projects with the forecast of Profit and Loss Analysis (P&L)
• Proposed, monitor & track the budget for each department/division and ensure the smart saving implementation in controlling the budget

4. Monthly Financial Statements

• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Prepare the management account reporting inclusive comprehensive analysis reporting to the stakeholders, shareholders and investors
