Our client is currently looking for a Financial Controller to join them. They are in the business of providing service in the form of advertising, retail marketing and etc. Some of their notable clients include Fortune 500 companies. Key Responsibilities: Generating month-end reports for management, comprising profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, annual reports, and tax submissions (direct, indirect, transfer pricing). Taking charge of planning, budgeting, and evaluating performance and cash flow for both the Group and subsidiaries. Ensuring compliance with government regulations across all business operations, including taxation, legislation, and applicable laws within and outside Malaysia. Managing financial facilities, treasury functions, and foreign exchange processes throughout the Group. Responsible for keeping internal controls, policies, and procedures up-to-date with best practices. Overseeing both internal and external audit processes. Preparing materials and information for Board of Director Meetings. Handling SGX listed platform requirements and managing important stakeholders, such as Sponsors and the Company Secretary. Building and maintaining relationships with internal key stakeholders to meet their business needs effectively. Overseeing and enhancing key business processes through process improvement and digitalization efforts. Key Requirements: A qualified member of an accountancy body i.e. CPA / ACCA / ICAEW. Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Possess Senior Management experience. Possess Commercial Finance and Business Partnering experience. Possess excellent communication and soft skills.
