About the Role The Finance Business Partner Team is currently seeking for passionate individuals to join the team with the goal of creating greater value and impact via best practices and new technology in the Finance scope. The role will give you the opportunity to bridge the gap on understanding and knowledge between Finance and Business Teams.

What to expect
As a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will work on a variety of financial functions (including budget, forecast, mid term projections, reports automation,...).


  • Perform Budget and Forecast activities

  • You will be able to understand and translate the financials into business value

  • You will lead the preparation of budget and forecast exercises

  • You will produce headcount and cost reports for the Management to support strategic decisions

  • You will drive financial analysis (FP&A) & commentary on month-end financials (cost variances to budget and forecast)

  • You will monitor resource plans and staff database ensuring accuracy of budget and allocations

  • You will ensure the maximum accuracy for the rolling forecast

  • You are able to collect input for company business cases related to products and initiatives

  • You will innovate and improve the reporting solutions


What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Economics or Business administration

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (a background in audit or finance controlling is a plus)

  • Strong technical Excel skills

  • Familiar with SAP system or equivalent

  • Strong understanding on process owners\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, recognize problems and collect information

  • Ability to work with a focus on the bigger picture, while capable of deepdiving into details when required

  • Team work participation in generating new ideas, methods, concrete solutions or processes to improve performance

  • Good adaptability, respectful and good listening skills

  • Goo relationships management skill on all levels

  • Self-driven and proactive.

  • Capable at making conclusions on finding from analytics.
