You will provide on-the-spot insurance advice and help customers plan for financial protection through tailored product offerings. Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers visiting the bank to introduce insurance solutions
Assess customers' protection needs and suggest appropriate coverage
Follow up with customers to maintain long-term financial planning relationships
Meet sales performance metrics and KPIs
Attend product training and sales development workshops

Insurance Solutions Consultant (Trainee):
SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years' working experience
Diploma holders with less than 1 year experience
Senior Consultant (Trainee): Degree holders with less than 1 year experience
Senior Consultant: Degree holders with at least 2 years relevant experience
(Suitability will be assessed upon application)
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary from RM 2,600 to RM 10,000 (based on experience and role level)
