Position: Protection Advisor (In-Branch Role)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable financial institution for the role of Protection Advisor, stationed at bank branches across Malaysia.

Position Summary

As a Protection Advisor, your primary role is to engage with customers at the bank and provide them with suitable insurance solutions based on their financial goals. You'll play a key part in helping customers safeguard their future while enjoying a career with structured growth, targeted coaching, and competitive rewards.

Responsibilities

Promote insurance products to walk-in and existing customers at the bank Understand customers' financial needs through effective consultations Recommend appropriate protection plans tailored to individual goals Foster strong client relationships through follow-ups and ongoing support Meet assigned sales and service targets Attend scheduled product training and skills development sessions

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates are welcome Suitable for individuals from all industry backgrounds Protection Advisor (Trainee): SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years working experience Diploma holders with less than 1 year experience Senior Advisor (Trainee): Degree holders with less than 1 year experience Senior Advisor: Degree holders with 2+ years relevant experience

Remuneration & Benefits
