Currently we are looking to onboard a Financial Literacy Manager who will be responsible for the company\'s educational programs. The successful candidate should be an experienced economist with strong background in developing online and offline financial educational programs and have strong passion in transferring knowledge

Your daily activities as a Financial Literacy Manager will be:

  • Develop and implement educational programs, tools, and resources to promote financial literacy and help individuals and communities worldwide expand their knowledge in the financial area.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and reach out to potential partners, sponsors, and community organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the organization\'s global reach and impact.
  • Utilize creative thinking and innovation to develop unique and effective strategies for increasing financial literacy.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in financial literacy and apply them to program development.
  • Create engaging content for workshops, seminars, online courses, or other educational events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and adjust as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
  • Use social media and other communication channels to promote financial education and share insights, tips, and resources with the public. .

Requirements
  • Master\'s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial education, financial literacy, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in promoting financial literacy and empowering individuals and communities to take control of their financial futures.
  • Global mindset and the ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders and partners worldwide.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a willingness to think outside the box to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong project management, budget planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
