Agent Customer Service
Develop prospect from current commercial, referral leads, or sales or trade meetings.
Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available services.
Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generates lists of prospective client.
Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and completion of appropriate forms.
Calculate premiums and establish payment method.- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintain records and handling policy renewals.
Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learns about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
Providing wide range of financial product for the customers. (Life Insurance, Takaful, Unit Trust, Will& Trust and General Insurance). Customer Service Support
Underwriting issue, policy status related such as reinstatement, lapsation, cancellation, administration & back-end operation issues, policy contract distribution issues, agency contract issues such as application, termination, promotion, reinstatement, agency movement & commission related issues
Business Development & Marketing
Agency visitation on achievement of TPC/FYP in terms of sales
Monitor and track sales achievement by providing daily, weekly, & monthly sales update reports
Communicate with agency on latest company policies update
Manage agency sales activity & supporting agency in terms of sales
Plan & set monthly target to sales team based on the size of agency
Provide counselling & motivation to low performer
Coach & motivate the sales team to create high performance team
Monitoring Social Media Marketing and leads generation for the agency
Agency Management & Development
Conduct product related training to agency
Developing affective sales & product training
Review effectiveness of training programmes in terms of penetration, activity, productivity, etc.
Handle new product, campaign launching & conduct roadshow to branch & agency
Recruit new agents in different social media platform and channel. (Jobstreet, Facebook, Linkin, TheStar Newspaper, Jobseeker, Recruitment Agency, and ect)
