Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

Participate in the formulation of company strategies and lead financial planning to align with business goals.
Optimize capital structure, enhance capital utilization efficiency, and minimize financial risks.
2. Financial Accounting & Management

Lead the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Establish and improve internal control systems, supervise financial policies, and ensure process compliance.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control

Responsible for annual budget preparation, execution monitoring, and variance analysis.
Provide cost optimization recommendations and track key financial metrics.
Regularly report financial performance to management to support decision-making.
4. Taxation & Treasury Management

Oversee tax planning to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency.
Manage cash flow, financing activities, and banking relationships to safeguard liquidity and capital security.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration

Lead and develop the finance team (accountants, cashiers, etc.), improving professional capabilities and team efficiency.
Collaborate closely with other departments and leverage government incentive policies to support business growth.

Job Requirements

Solid knowledge of local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
