Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- FP&A for IPS business segment
- Process employee expense claim for Malaysia and Vietnam
- Credit controller for both NMAL and NSEA, review and monitor AR balances and aging
- Validate Request For Credit by distributors
- Responsible and liaise with company secretary for both NMAL and NSEA
- Process payroll for Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia
- Ensure compliance of processes with Nordson policy
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualification
- 5-10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably with FP&A experience
- At least 2 years audit experience in accounting / audit firms
- Advance excel skill
- Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software / SAP preferred
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, good with numbers with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
- Diligent, proactive, resourceful and a good team player
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
