About our client:
Our client is a well-known retail company with an established presence in Malaysia. They are looking to hire an experienced FP&A Exec, who will be handling the financial analysis matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Business Controller, based in Shah Alam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible on finalization of financial statements.
• Perform transactions or analysis of MFRS16 for leases and fixed assets.
• Responsible for analysis of financial data and key performance indicators and provide insights to the management team through presentations.
• Participation in forecast and budgeting activities.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting scopes.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• Possess strong critical thinking, independent and analytical skills.
