Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the month end closing and ensure all the postings are performed accurately and in a timely manner
• Take charge of the journals processing and ensure all journals are supported with proper documentation and approvals
• Ensure the monthly reporting deliverables are accurately prepared and analyzed
• Ensure the financial affairs are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for year-end statutory audit & tax filings and ensure timely submission and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with AP and AR functions on the month end close activity, in order to obtain information in respect of appropriate adjustments.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
• Responsible for group\'s request on monthly management and quarterly reporting

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in Property Development industry
• Well versed in Microsoft Office and preferably with knowledge in using IFCA system
• A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline
