About the Company:

Job Scope:
Promote financial protection and savings products to walk-in and existing customers at the bank
Provide professional and personalized product consultations
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Achieve personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Participate in ongoing training and coaching programs for career growth
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales, banking, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
No record of bankruptcy or serious debt issues
Educational Background:
SPM with a minimum of 5 passes and at least 3 years of sales experience, OR
Diploma holder (preferred), OR
Degree holder (preferred for senior roles)
