Responsibilities:
Market and sell a wide range of bancassurance products
Achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
Provide professional advice and appropriate financial products based on bank client needs.
Work with Branch Manager (BM) and Banca Business Manager (BBM) to ensure sales activities are in line with business direction.
Ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent service after sales.
Plan promptly on all leads and follow-up activities.
Review performance with Branch Manager.
Responsible to ensure licensing and CPD requirements are met prior to selling bancassurance Products
Requirements
Holds PCIL & TBE - Part A & C
1-3 years of experience in insurance/takaful sales
Diploma or Degree in any field
Confident, persuasive communicator with a strong passion for sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
