Officer/ Senior Officer - Financial Solution Department(Product Team) : Friday 8.45AM - 04:45PM Remuneration : RM 5,500 - RM 7,500 Duration : 6-Months contract with PERSOLKELLY : Act as a primary contact during implementation of cash management service among the bank and clients. Acting as an indoor Sales Support to support Transaction Banking Sales team to liaise with customer on the necessary forms or documents when sales personnel is away To prepare and process the relevant deliverables and documentation (transaction application, onboarding documents, maintenance & etc) To assists the Product development team to develop and enhance transaction banking products by performing the requirements specifications analysis & test, complete all documentation required for risk and compliance and others if applies To attend the inquiries from customer when relevant to Transaction Banking\'s products and services Partner with Product Development Team and Relationship Manager to provide guidance and expertise to the client regarding the completion and negotiation of product agreements and usage of the Bank\'s product and services. Requirement: Minimum of 2 years working experience in cash management implementation services. Experience of transaction banking product development/enhancement is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate High capability for problem solving and decision-making skills High level PC skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Kindly submit your CV toEmail/WhatsApp:
