Qualification: 1. Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree / Accounting/Finance, General/Cost Accounting 2. Major Bachelor\' Degree in Finance / Muamalat. 3. Advantage experience in bank/ financial industry.
: 1. Responsible to liaise with the Bank (Corporate, Commercial and Treasury department) to determine the cost of fund to be used for lending activities. 2. Attending new and existing cooperatives that applied for financing. 3. Marketing and sourcing out for cooperatives business financing applications via giving talk or open booth throughout Malaysia. Assist to promote membership, investment,and other product under KOSPYA. 4. Processing fresh and additional financing applications via report writing and
responsible for accounts and portfolio management. 5. Make a visitation to all cooperatives that required new and additional financing.6. Monitoring the whole process flow of operations from financing origination, approval,
acceptance and disbursement/release. 6. Ability to assess financial analysis based on financial statements and audited accounts to determine financial standing, repayment capability of cooperatives and the risk involved in the financing proposal. 8. Responsible in identifying internal factors influencing the business including
management competencies. External factors such as the market, economic condition,
trends in demand, government policies etc. Addressing key issues and identifying risks involved as well as risk mitigation in credit paper. 9. Conducting yearly reviews on existing accounts. Providing recommendations including continuation of financing and restructuring of loans if necessary. 10.Ensuring compliance of terms and conditions as well as prompt repayment of loans. 11. To provide assistant to other colleague concerning any financing procedure and
documentation i.e. CTS, Takaful, Cooperative Musyarakah transaction, disbursement
and collection. 12. Assist the management to come out with various Standard Operation Procedure.
KOPSYA is new to the industry and developing their modus operandi to be a
cooperative Bank. 13. Prepare the paper work to raise fund via various platform such as SUKUK and IRPS.
Being the liaison person with many parties concerning to SUKUK and IRPS. 14. Involve directly with the management in preparing yearly budget of the company. 15. Any other duties on ad-hoc basis assigned by top management.
