We're looking for a creative, disciplined, and inspiring Fine Art Teacher who can guide pre-teens and teens (10-15yo) through advanced art learning while also contributing to our studio's branding and online presence.

This role combines teaching + creative design + social media, perfect for someone with both artistic talent and modern content skills.

Responsibilities

Teaching (Primary Role)

Conduct structured fine art classes for students aged 10-15 years old Teach drawing, sketching, acrylic & watercolor painting, mixed media, and creative composition Guide students in developing portfolio-level artwork Teach fundamentals: perspective, shading, colour harmony, art analysis Prepare weekly lesson plans tailored to student progress Provide constructive feedback to boost skill, creativity & confidence
Creative & Design Work

Create artwork samples, worksheets, visual references for classes Design posters, workshop banners, and promotional materials Assist in designing branding visuals for events & exhibitions Optional: Help curate student portfolios for competitions or showcases
Social Media Management

Capture classroom moments (with consent) for social content Create simple videos, reels, and art tips for IG/TikTok Design promotional graphics for upcoming classes & workshops Post consistently based on the studio's content calendar Respond to inquiries on social media professionally
Requirements

Background in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Illustration / Design Confident teaching teens; experience is an advantage Able to teach both technique and creative thinking Skilled in design tools (Canva / Procreate / Photoshop = bonus) Social media savvy -- knows current formats & trends Responsible, organised, positive, and good with communication Able to work independently and take initiative
