Design and adapt art activities to suit individual abilities, interests, and therapeutic goals.
Use art to encourage self-expression, sensory engagement, fine motor development, and emotional well-being.
Guide and nurture children's artistic potential, helping them develop skills that can lead to independent creative work.
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and caregivers to integrate art into holistic rehabilitation programs.
Prepare and maintain art materials, tools, and a welcoming studio space.
Track children's participation and progress during sessions.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree of Arts or any equivalent
Teaching experience in art education or with children with special needs is highly preferred.
Patience and empathy
Creativity and flexibility
Strong communication skills with students, parents, and other professionals
