to oversee all finishing works for residential housing projects. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, timely progress, and smooth coordination between workers, suppliers, and customers.

Ensure all finishing work meets company standards and specifications.
Identify defects and ensure rectification before handover.
2. Site Coordination
Coordinate daily work with site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure materials are prepared and delivered on time.
Monitor progress and report daily updates to the office.
3. Quality Control (QC)
Conduct regular QC inspections.
Prepare a defect list and follow up until rectified.
Ensure clean and safe site conditions.
4. Customer Interaction
Assist with customer finishing selections when needed.
Handle customer complaints regarding finishing works (with support from office).
Participate in handover inspections and resolve outstanding issues.
