Job Description
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Conduct presentations to explain key benefits of the solutions offered by CapBay.
- Analyse clients\xe2\x80\x99 as-is business processes and identify their pain points.
- Lead the design and delivery of solutions for enterprise clients.
- Leverage CapBay\xe2\x80\x99s existing tech platform and products as part of solution design and delivery.
- Conduct solution demos and acceptance testing by clients.
- Maintain client relationships at all stages before, during and after the project life cycle.
- Provide training, technical assistance and change management support to clients.
; Requirements: - We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Tech, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in banking, business analysis or finance.
- Strong English language communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with self-accountability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and \xe2\x80\x98do what needs to be done\xe2\x80\x99.
- Advantage if you have:
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industries.
- Familiarity with IT or financing products.
